My water heater failed yesterday and Teutonic Temperature replaced it within 24 hours. I appreciated the quick turnaround because the water valve leading to my water heater wouldn't shut off and I had to turn off water to the whole house. Chris and Johnny were very thorough and knowledgeable. In addition to swapping out my ancient water heater, they replaced the water valve, the gas valve, some piping, and a vent that was probably not up to code. Our air condition went out on Wednesday evening around 8pm, I sent an email to TTCS same night at at 7am on Thursday morning Jens called me back. He was in Elmhurst already and could stop by at 8am. By 9:30am Thursday morning we had cold air blowing in our bedroom again. One of the capacitors on the compressor had gone bad; Jens replaced it and went over both units to check for gas pressure. Perfect service at a fair price! 👌

Humidity in the house was very low and the company was contacted to reconnect or replace my in furnace humidifier. I was told it hadn’t been connected in some time and they preformed the work to reconnect everything. After a day or two the house once again was very dry. I contacted them again to have them fix the original issue, and was told I would be charged a service fee again despite them not actually fixing the issue.
