Excellent balance of treatment with compassion to allow the healing process to take hold and provide relief. Thank You Dr T and your staff for the treatment. While I have a way to go I can tolerate the pain and discomfort while doing the work to heal.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Hasegawa was actually very nice, friendly and genuinely helpful. His staff, however, are not. If you have any questions or issues with insurance/payments, be prepared to fight for it. We have been navigating the same insurance-related issue for three months now and the front desk personnel has shown a lack of compassion towards our situation.
