Let me start by saying that Dr. Hasegawa was actually very nice, friendly and genuinely helpful. His staff, however, are not. If you have any questions or issues with insurance/payments, be prepared to fight for it. We have been navigating the same insurance-related issue for three months now and the front desk personnel has shown a lack of compassion towards our situation. I was referred to Dr T by one of my neighbors when I had serious lower back issues that prevented me from walking. Turns out, I have multiple discs and vertebrae that are bulging out and restricting the spinal cord causing sciatic nerve pain. Dr T looked at my MRI and took the time to listen to my concerns that I had. He setup a treatment plan that included chiropractic adjustments & acupuncture treatments.
