Bought a certified pre-owned Outback @ 27k and traded in my Forrester, for which I was required to provide two keys. I was only given one key with the new vehicle which seemed off and when I asked they initially said they would provide / program a new key for me, but later charged me $300+ for a second key. Excellent service from Raul and Holly when we purchased our Outback.
This is the worst Subaru dealership we have ever been too. Went this morning to get some service work done and the first thing was the very rude service writer who did not bother to get up out of his chair to come out to the garage area to see what we needed. Then he told me they could not help due to only having one, yes 1 technician due to the high cost of living in Jackson and they could not hire anyone to come to work. This dealership needs to be either shut down or taken over by Subaru Corp.
