If I could give zero stars, I would. After purchasing a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban, the vehicle literally has had problems every time we drive it, and they obviously don't stand behind their vehicles. In less than 1,000 miles and 2 weeks the check engine light has came on, the horn stopped working, the roof rack on top has come off, and the post panel came off. If you want to get good service and don't want to be lied to, go somewhere else!
I can't thank Tim and Neil enough for the fantastic experience my husband and I had. We've never really wanted to buy a car from any dealership because we hate the "back and forth" game you have to play. Tim and Neil were straight forward, no back and forth and made the entire process very simple. When he first contacted Tim, they didn't have the car we wanted so he said he'd find one for us.
