Do not ever buy a used car from Teton Honda in Pocatello. They do not go through them before they sell them. 3 days after buying, it stalled in an intersection, the oil light came on, tires were very low. Now they want $600 to change plugs and a sensor and they aren't even sure that will fix it. Just starting there.
I got a text Thank you for asking me to do a review. I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot and was assured the it had been gone through. Just a few days after I bought the Jeep it stalled in an intersection and it was a struggle to get it going. I thought that maybe my I was just getting used to driving a stick again. I so appreciate the fast and friendly service I got yesterday. Oscar Trejo was a real treat to work with and very helpful. They where very busy but after i had explained my situation he was very understanding and was able to send a technician to my house with in 10 minuts. We had a wonderful buying experience We came in for service and ended up buying a new truck. They treated us with courtesy and respect. No one likes how long it takes to purchase a new vehicle, but they made the experience pleasant. Kyle treated my father with so much respect that my dad was grinning ear to ear when we left the dealership! Hats off to their service department as well, they have been great to work with.
Quick These guys were great to work with. They honored the price they quoted for me over the phone. They didn’t try to make me get any extra stuff unless I wanted it. I’d definitely buy from them again
Best dealership in Pocatello I have been about everywhere in Pocatello to find a car. Ever place I went to we’re super shady and all employees acted like I was a burden....that was until Teton Honda welcomed me in their door with a smile on their face. Typically Excellent Experience at a Teton Auto Group Dealer Since moving to Pocatello, I have taken my vehicle in to Teton Honda for both regular oil changes and a major repair. In all cases, the service has been first rath, with efficient, helpful and very friendly service by all concerned. I highly recommend them to anyone with a Honda, or in my case a Toyota that I purchased at Teton Toyota when I lived in Idaho Falls. Mario Hernandez's people are top notch!!
Shady and dishonest My BBB compaint- On Feb 13 2018 I went to Honda looking to purchase a vehicle. I found one I was interested in and we filed paperwork to see about getting approved for financing. The bank wanted $2500 down for the vehicle. I did not have the money at the time so I said I'd come back.The deal also included trading in a vehicle I currently own.
