We have used this dealership for numerous cars for our family and have had an EXCELLENT experience each time. Mike Racano is extremely attentive, accountable and is like family to us. I bought my 2016 Honda CRV at Honda North and have always brought it back there for Service. I have alway had a good experience working with the staff. My most recent appointment on 10/18 with Chad Nobrega and the work that the mechanics did on my vehicle was excellent as usual. Chad clearly explained what needed to be done and I felt comfortable getting the job done there. I highly recommend him and the Service Dept to others.

First off, we live in Staten Island, N. Y. and their GM Alex sent a driver and a car to get us. Charlie was a gentleman and easy to talk to and Ajay the Finance guy walked us through the whole process of purchasing and what our options were.
