Amazing staff, and quality of work.
Brought plants I specifically said I didn't like, grossly overcharged, and basically told me I wasn't qualified to know what I wanted. Miserable experience all around with unsatisfactory resolution.
Systematically overcharge for their services. Rather than resolve the issue with customers who call them out on this practice, they opt to terminate their contract for services.
