Carlee is truly outstanding and even answers the phone when you call! That kind of service and attention to customers is almost unheard of. She is extremely personable and professional. Super friendly with a Customer First approach to everything. Highly recommended!
Called at 7:30AM on a Saturday needing a D&A to be at site for Monday. Carlee did my D&A at 9:00AM even though the hours are 10:00AM - 4:00PM. Highly professional, sanitary, friendly, and helped me out in a bind. I will be using TestTech for all my company’s future D&A testing.
