The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I had a difficult situation involving a failed test that needed to be resolved, and the level of care, support, and attention I received was genuinely refreshing. Running a business is challenging enough without having to battle service providers every day. Katherine was outstanding throughout the process—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. She is an absolute asset to the company. Highly recommended.
I never leave reviews, but the service I recieved from Katherine at Test Connect was absolutely amazing. I am traveling to LA very soon, and needed to know locations that provided drug screening options, and she made it a priority to figure out where I could go. Answered the phone instantly, and was extremely responsive.

Katherine is the best she helped me out even tho I wasn't getting my test done with her, she really made the process understandable and she was the most help I could have expected.
