Dr Ken was the best doctor experience i ever had. Professional, witty and caring. He knew more than most medical professionals and solved my issue in one visit. It was great to have this option over the weekend instead of having to wait until the following week.
My baby boy who is 18 months old had a weird rash and fever all of a sudden. Took him here and he was throughly examined. The nurses were professional and friendly and very educational. Thank you for helping my baby out. He ended up having a mild virus that went away on its own.
I was able to get an appointment the same day and there were many choices for available times. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen within 10 minutes. The doctor was very attentive to my problem and spent time examining and explaining everything to me. He also said he would be at the clinic all day and to call him if I had further questions. I could not have been treated better!
I’ve been at this urgent care twice this week and have had such a good experience with every member of staff. Special shoutout to PA Alexis for going above and beyond. It’s so refreshing to receive thoughtful, personalized medical care.
I am so glad UCSF is now running the show at GoHealth. I had a laceration on my hand and needed medical attention. They were very busy and it was hard to get an appt online, had to wait 3 hours. The moment I walked in, Tara, the receptionist was so nice and accommodating.
