Having difficulty trying to edit my previous review. I’ll put this update up front because my previous Review of Ramco was negative and I had rated it a 1. I’ve since moved it up to a 5. Too bad it doesn’t go higher. Marvin Raimer, owner, called me afterwards and discussed my issue with the roofing. We both agreed there were probably faults on both parts, but he was insistent on making things right and ensuring I remained a satisfied customer.
