Miscommunications between staff and repair personal was the routine when I lived in a property managed by Tessier. They insisted I pay fees that were not in alignment with the lease and added late fees. After the immense stress I moved and then thankfully refunded my deposit. I would not rent from any property managed by Tessier and I would give Craig Mariani an F in upholding Tessier claim to “Leadership in Building Relationships” and communication. I would not trust them to keep their commitments, written or verbal.

Like the previous reviewer, my experience with the representative for our HOA (Susan) is not positive. She tends to be dismissive of questions and comments and can be flip in her responses. At our recent annual HOA meeting she appeared to filter questions that were asked to her and the board. The questions were all asked in a professional manner and she seemed to only want to address questions that were not controversial and didnt require a deep discussion. That is not her role. Susan Cocke is our HOA representative. Horrible communication, Does not respond to questions.. Sends information to wrong communities. Does not have information to report proper finances. In conclusion Ms Cocke is ill prepared to be in that position.
