This is the story of an incredibly bad apartment rental experience, abysmal customer service at a Vrbo property in Virginia Beach, located at 207 Atlantic Avenue. We had decided to escape Western North Carolina, post Hurricane Helene, for a break at the beach. The property is managed by Tesseract Rentals.
