Tess has the best braiding solon in Delaware Period. I promise you that you wont be disappointed but that you will keep going back. I love it..its always a family friendly atmosphere. I just moved to Newark and had tried other salons before luckily finding Tess.. At Tess salon the stylist are very experienced and each of them seem to have recognized thier fortes.The charge comparatively with other salons but do an excellent job..Thank you Lorette !!and any other person who assisted in braiding my hair.I realling love the twist..Will be back!!!
