This apartment complex really went down hill. We had to move out of here due to increased rent and poor maintenance. The pool is unsafe, the security is non-existent with broken gates. The walk ways are lifting creating tripping hazard. Crime is rampant. Rats around trash areas. There are hidden utilities fees. Trash alone for everyone is over $70/month. On top of rent!! Mailbox’s constantly were broken into. Stairs are rotted with termites. We once loved the place but no longer can recommend it.
