Great selection. Under staffed
I purchased my first Tesla today from this Kissimmee location and my experience was AWESOME!!! I was blown away with how smooth and fast the entire process was! I was equally impressed with the customer service that I experienced. I was purchasing a used vehicle so I spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of time inspecting every inch of the car... and the Tesla Delivery Specialist waited PATIENTLY the entire time! He did not rush me at all. I really appreciated that.
No help or greeting.
Honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You think they would be a little more helpful buying two cars from here in a week. But complete trash!!!
