STAY AWAY. Worst company to deal with. We have roof damage from a storm and although there is a hole in my roof above my six year old daughter's room, the earliest they will come out to remove the panels so we can get the roof repaired is November. They already screwed up the permitting process by putting the wrong address on the application costing us more time. Their customer service is the worst and don't care about customer health or safety.
I've had tesla solar for more than 7 years now. I'm paying more per kWh for solar than what I pay for BGE per kWh. Rip off.
My roof was damaged by a storm on April 1st I need Tesla to contact me with an estimate to remove and then replace the panels so the roof can be repaired. I've contacted them 3 times in the past 6 weeks and have not gotten a reply not even an email saying they are busy. The worst customer service ever.
I've been a customer of Tesla Solar for over two years and I absolutely love them. The products are great and the customer service is second to none. I had one problem with my battery and they came out the next day to take care of it.
