Kept trying to reach service for a scheduling I had for a demo drive . They would just answer and hang up or keep me on hold … very bad customer service was looking into Tesla for EV , not here
A common theme with most Tesla showrooms (service centers too): getting someone on the phone is impossible. I've had poor experiences with online reservations through the Tesla website before, so I like to call to try and confirm things. This location was no different, I wouldn't even bother trying. I guess it might be convenient if you already have to buy something at the mall. Why have a phone number if you no one answers
I came here 2 years ago to test drive a Model S. There was one person working when I went, and they seemed pretty checked out. I had never owned an EV before, and had a lot of questions. But it feels like they were distracted and didn't really care to engage. I'm glad there wasn't exactly high pressure sales that I've come to expect from other dealerships. But what I got what the complete opposite, someone who didn't care at all or was too preoccupied to help me properly.
