Kept trying to reach service for a scheduling I had for a demo drive . They would just answer and hang up or keep me on hold … very bad customer service was looking into Tesla for EV , not here
A common theme with most Tesla showrooms (service centers too): getting someone on the phone is impossible. I've had poor experiences with online reservations through the Tesla website before, so I like to call to try and confirm things. This location was no different, I wouldn't even bother trying. I guess it might be convenient if you already have to buy something at the mall. Even though I had bad experiences at other showrooms (like the Centinela location), I wouldn't recommend this location unless it's much close to you... read more
