Love this service center. Nestor is my guy !! Quick. Efficient. Easy. Entirely booked on app. They know me when i Arrive. Very friendly.

Test drove a model X. Loved it. Surprised how unexpectedly cool and fast it was. Great ride. Salesman was helpful without being bothersome or high pressure
The WORST service people I have ever met the lead tech acts like he owns Tesla and lies constantly about what is possible. Will not order parts for you at all even when they have the power to do so. Worked on your own car with oem Tesla parts? They won’t service car anymore. Just go 3rd party and avoid the headache.
Requested a service appointment for camera preview unavailable, and adaptive headlights/ navigation unavailable. Added pictures and videos of the issue. After a software update the issues were fixed (pretty sure you have access to that information). I didn’t cancel the request because I still wanted them to perform an inspection.
