I brought my Tesla in because I received the error message: “The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor 2 has low battery voltage.” The Service Center confirmed that the issue was exactly what the car reported: the TPMS sensor battery is low. They also confirmed that replacing the sensor is covered under warranty at no cost. Chris and Eric were extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I messaged before hand and was quoted 1 hour maximum. Upon arrival they said it would be 2 hours “because that’s how things are.” After an hour they said there is a 3rd party part, despite the car never having been taken into any shop. When I asked to see the 3rd party they said it wouldn’t be possible. Imagine you buy a brand new Tesla, and your seats start peeling within a year and it’s deemed cosmetic and not covered by warranty… I brought my Model Y to this service center for a seat upholstery issue where the material is peeling at the center seam. The vehicle is only two years old, and the affected area is not on a high-wear bolster or entry/exit point where normal wear and tear would be expected. Erik is the worst but all service members had a bad attitude and did not seem to want to fix or help in any way. Big lack of communication via the app. 30 day old car.

Tesla was in the dog house with me for a few weeks but today’s visit made everything all right. I was helped by Christian this morning and he was the epitome of excellence! Not only did he fix my none working driver’s seat since delivery but was also able to get the appointment to resolve the three dimples my car was delivered with. Purchasing the car and delivery was a nightmare but service and resolving the issue has been stress free because of this place! Keep up the great work and thanks for the help!
