I had a reservation at 2:00 p.m. and arrived at the store at 1:50 p.m. After checking in, I received no response for an hour and a half. Every 20 minutes, I asked other staff members to check on the status, but ultimately, after 4 hours had passed and I called the manager to cancel, they claimed that my check-in was only recorded at 4:00 p.m. As “compensation” for the 4 hours I waited, they offered me a one-month free Supercharger pass. Very poor customer service at this location. My advisor was not very organized. Completely different experience at Tampa Tesla when buying new. Will never purchase from here again.
Never got helped, had people who arrived after me get helped first, was boarder line ignored by the staff
