They showed great customer service and took their time explaining the different options and years of the tesla model s so i could make my decision on which car i'd want. Then, they took me through the numbers and showed me exactly how much I'd be paying, no shady dealer practices at all. I fell in love with the '21 Model S and will be coming back to one of them for help in the purchase of a vehicle.
