Terrible first experience at the Tesla store in Kissimmee. The salesperson told us to go outside in the rain to look at cars and bring back the code, while he just sat at his computer, not even making eye contact. No effort to explain, no interest in helping. Frustrating and unprofessional. Absolutely no desire to buy here or ever come back.
Buying my first tesla thru the website. Delivery been rescheduled two times now. Last time it happened yesterday. I was driving from Jacksonville to Orlando to pick it up and was 30 minutes away when rep John messaged me saying detailer want technicians to have another look at drive train. Now rescheduled for Wednesday. Is that normal? Very scarce communication. Very difficult to get callback or reach them over the phone. Still ain't got my car....
Not much information, employee seems demotivated
Worst experience buying a car. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. I went through 3 cars before I got one that wasn’t broken. There was something wrong with the final one too that I had to go to a different Tesla dealership to fix. I also applied for credit three times for three different vehicles and now I have to fix my credit with the three different credit bureaus. They also filed the wrong paperwork with the DMV so now I have two different lienholder after me for monthly payments. This location has no customer... read more
