I recently purchased a used Tesla from this center. The one I purchased was a 2022 with a little over 28000 miles. It also stated no accidents reported. After a little over a month, the drivers door started making a noise while opening it. I took it to a local Tesla service center where they identified that the noise appeared to be caused by the door rubbing on the frame and they also identified the drivers door was slightly darker than the adjacent frame. Worst customer service experience. I felt like an inconvenience to them. Not to mention I couldn’t use either restroom because there was no toilet paper and they were filthy.

My first time coming into the store was not a great experience. But I decided to come again and was greeted by Elijah. This man is a total Gem and Tesla is very lucky to have him. I explained my concerns and dislike about my first visit, in which he apologized and turned my whole experience around. He was so patient with my mother and I.
