So far this has been a horrible used car experience, the worst I've ever had. I have signed the papers and paid for the car and they wont' let me pick it up. The continue to cancel and re-schedule my pickup date saying the certified preowned inspection isn't done and they have NO IDEA how long it will take and won't tell me why it can't be done or what it is waiting on. They just keep saying, we are sales, we don't know anything and have to wait for the car to be released. Absolutely absurd. But hey, they took my $16,000... ... read more

Visited here on 8/9/26 around 4pm with my husband. In the 15 minutes we stood at the counter, just standing and waiting, not 1 single employee acknowledged us. I understand it was a little busy, but a simple “hey, someone will be with you as soon as possible, so sorry about the wait!” would have gone a long way. We probably saw 5 employees walk right past us, some multiple times, without a word. We were there to buy. Heading to a different dealership instead. Horrible customer service experience.

Leased a certified pre owned directly from them. Immediate issues that should’ve been taken care of before giving to me. Cabin filter, camera cleaning, tire rotation all 6+ months overdue. Showed up for my delivery appointment and was told I needed to wait 30 minutes for them to buff the car(after giving them 5extra days originally), 2 hours later and finally got it. Has some issues with vibration and pressure at high speed.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a pre-owned Tesla from the Tesla location in Kissimmee. The vehicle was purchased as a gift from my husband, and we trusted that it had been properly inspected before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, after taking delivery and connecting the vehicle to the Tesla app, we discovered multiple service alerts and outstanding service items that had never been disclosed to us before the purchase. I got a pre owned tesla (certified) I got it at this location in horrible condition. It wasn’t clean, many features didn’t function right. The just gave me the car without checking it! On top Of everything they took my ID and never gave it back to me. Luckily the guys in Miami Gardens made up for it.
