I’m standing here, literally at the entrance, and these guys have taken two other people ahead of me, both of which walked in after me. This place is very disorganized. I recommend ordering online and not coming into this location.
Worst dealership I have ever been to. I come in and not a single person greeted me or even looked in my direction to say hello. After I asked somebody with help to look for vehicles they get up and say that they are leaving early. Very unfriendly staff and looked at me as if I was homeless.
This was my first Tesla purchase, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, my wife and I had a great experience purchasing a pre owned model 3 for our daughter. Came in on a very busy Saturday and Lorenzo was fantastic to work with. She test drove two different cars and we looked at several others at our leisure on the lot. Lorenzo was very personalable and answered all of our questions. We found the car we wanted to purchase and paid the $500 deposit. We scheduled our pickup for the following Saturday at 5 pm.
