This service center is a mess. They replaced a part that was not damaged, took longer than they said they would, repair estimates don't add up to the total, and the manager, Edgar, does not call back. We spoke to him at length about the issues he said he would call back the next day and did not. The following day we were told the car would be ready at the end of the day yet when we showed up right at the end of the day it still was not ready and the invoice was still incorrect.
