while driving back from LA to San Francisco my Tesla model X broke down. even though it was under warranty they replaced it with low capacity battery which is giving me 100 miles less than the original and 50 miles less than before it broke down. if you're in Central Valley I highly recommend not buying but just leasing due to hot temperature.

The sales advisor guaranteed a lease rate I was already approved for, secured the $250 "order" fee for a car that was already sitting on the lot, and failed to disclose that lease rates went up costing me thousands more for the vehicle. When I found out the next day that lease rates went up, I refused the new rate and of course they refused to refund the $250 fee. It has been a long time since I've encountered this level of deceit from a dealership.
