We were very impressed. Communication was amazing, everyone was very nice, and the work was prompt.
I'm completely dissatisfied with the availability of Tesla Solar Technical Services. I had a phone call with a Tesla rep on May 1st. She was very nice and apologized that the EARLIEST a technician could come out was June 19th. I shared that i was upset that we would have no Solar Energy generation for about 7 weeks. Then, to make it worse... a few days before June 19th, we were notified that the technician would not be available until June 24th - Ugh!! I've had my Tesla solar system since 2024. Before solar, I was getting power outages from SCE more frequently, especially at night when we need electricity the most. After several of these incidents, I decided to go with Tesla solar to be energy independent. I am very please with Tesla solar; when there's power outages now, my house is fully lit, and the rest of the neighborhood is pitch black. The Tesla team was very professional from start to finish. My experience overall with customer service has been terrible. Roofers break tiles and when they do come to repair they break more and do not replace. No one wants to help when I call. I would never recommend Tesla Solar.
