Service at this dealership is pretty horrible and because of this I am strongly considering not buying another Tesla. The front desk service people make order mistakes, don't seem to understand their own IT system, are elusive, don't answer questions, and frankly don't seem that smart. My Model X is awesome even the one I bought in 2016, but after wasting so much time and experiencing frustration from poor communication, missed parts, mistakes, excuses, unavailable "parts people" etc., I wouldn't want to risk wasting so ... read more
Never stepped into Tesla dealership. Thought we'd try after visiting lexus and Chevy (suv shopping) all the marketing in the world to get us there and in 2 seconds, 25 yo sales woman doesn't ask me if we need help, but said we were not allowed to park in customer parking because we weren't customers yet kinda strange. Back to Lexus.
I have owned a Tesla for over 7 years and since they open the service center found them helpful several times. Today I had gotten blocked on my Tesla account due a misspelled password and after a few frustrating hours trying to get access on line I went to the service center. I now have gotten back into my account because the service center worked hard to correct my problem. Thank-you!
Tesla Chattanooga's service is exceptional. I had a major battery replacement done and they did it quickly efficiently and very well. Mike my service coordinator did a great job. I didn't catch the name of my mechanic but it was amazing. I got my car back the next day after bringing it in. I can't say enough about Tesla Service and the quality of the product. I am so happy with my Tesla Model 3.
I purchased a model X testla 4 months ago and it was a buy beak Lemmon at the Golden Valley Minnesota dealership they have not refunded my money can someone please help. Chad 612.810-1419
Great service. Fast, easy and thorough. Got a loaner while I waited.
I cannot give 1/2 star they have the worst Costumer service you can have. My car was in accident. Call the same day to schedule an appointment. Was rescheduled 3 times and we are still waiting. They have NO excuse for Having these kind of service. I Regret buying a Tesla . So if you are looking for a car be careful .
The people working in the Sales Showroom at Tesla are pompous and arrogant. They do not want to take responsibility for anything they do wrong or paperwork issues on their part. They failed to send in my registration paperwork to Raleigh and when I went back to the dealer to find out what was going on, they stated " What does it matter what happened, we are expediting it now. It has been 6 weeks and I still don't have the registration. They are young college kids that don't give a damn as they sell as many as they have on th... read more
Service team is top notch and a pride to Tesla. The sales/concierge kid who won't engage, leaves his head stuck in his computer, and is completely impersonal. Not sure if he is gaming, shopping, or chatting online. He should be looking for a new job.
