We had such a positive experience at the Indy Tesla Collision Center. We were driving cross county and ran over a tire on 1-70, causing our aeroshield to rip off. This was the middle of our trip and we needed to keep going, but we wanted to make sure it was safe to do so. We dropped in right when they opened and talked to Mihaya, who could not have been more kind! She quickly asked Zack to spend 10 minutes looking at our car in the parking lot. Excellent repair and communication. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service I received. They replaced a rocker panel in my Model 3, and it looks as good as the day I took delivery.
The Tesla collision center is awesome. Hubert and the team did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the status of the repair. The drop off and pick up of my vehicle with seamless. The car looks brand new. They clean and detail the vehicle before pickup. I could not be happier.
