Back in June, I had an unfortunate accident with my Model X and it ended up at the Indianapolis - Tesla Collision Center. Great customer service. Friendly staff at the front desk and the technicians kept me informed on all progress. I did have an issue with the back hatch glass slightly hitting the roof glass when I opened the hatch. This was after they replaced the roof glass. They fixed the issue quickly and with no problems. Overall, it was an easy process and I would recommend this shop.
These guys were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.
