Great customer service. Friendly staff at the front desk and the technicians kept me informed on all progress. I did have an issue with the back hatch glass slightly hitting the roof glass when I opened the hatch. This was after they replaced the roof glass. They fixed the issue quickly and with no problems. Overall, it was an easy process and I would recommend this shop.

Bought a car that was being worked on at this tesla collision center. They were very helpful in tracking down where the car was in the delivery process. Seems tesla sales is lacking support for car buyers that are not in their store buying a new tesla at the time. The collision center helped me look up the car with the vin number so that I could know where it was in the process of deliver.
