Great quality work, great communication, and very friendly service. Glad to have a place where you can trust that high quality work will be performed on your Tesla at a reasonable price. One exception was a rude worker in the back that communicated something that could’ve been explained in a nice way, instead he was rude and unprofessional. But that’s probably just a one-off. Still deserves the 5-star rating.
The Apple Store experience for a body shop!
Took in my car in for body repair. Alex and team did an excellent job with taking care of my car and dealing with the at fault drivers insurance. During the process there was great communication providing updates on every step Tesla was always quick to respond on any questions. After a little over two weeks car was returned looking brand new!
I had someone run a stop sign and hit my rear quarter panel. My online research lead me to believe that it could be up to 15k and a month to get repaired, Let me tell you, these guys replaced the bumper and fixed the quarter panel is 3 days for less than 5k! Drop off was easy, pick up was easy and communication was regular and clear! They even coordinated pick up and drop off of the rental car for me!
