I do not recommend this place. I left my car here for repairs, and the employee, Dion, was incredibly rude. Be very careful when you drop off your car to make sure you show them every single detail right away. I forgot to point out one part of the accident damage, and when I went back to show him, he simply said the report was already done and he couldn't do anything else. Very disappointing experience. The phone representative lady was impatient and not helpful at all. It didn't matter what the circumstances were. The answer was always the same: no appointment in the Tesla app, no vehicle acceptance. And if you check your Tesla app, the earliest available appointment was 15+ days away. If you have other options, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Threatened to charge me $90 a day for keeping my car on their lot for absolutely no reason. They repaired my car but they took off my Tesla screen protector and threw it out. I received the car with no screen protector and now I need to buy a new one. Given this is the only Tesla repair station. I won’t be buying teslas anymore…
Great work for a fair price. Model Y looks new again.
