Deon is the man! I brought my 2015 Model S in for some collision repair (car still runs great). I explained how sentimental this car is to me (I was a design engineer at Tesla when we launched Model S) and that I had been warned that I was close to the number that would total the car. Yes there are a long wait times. Tesla owners don’t really have any other option. With those things considered, the staff itself is what I have to base the review on. Casey T is super professional and a great person to work with. I appreciate his communication and expertise.
