Very disappointing experience. The phone representative lady was impatient and not helpful at all. It didn't matter what the circumstances were. The answer was always the same: no appointment in the Tesla app, no vehicle acceptance. And if you check your Tesla app, the earliest available appointment was 15+ days away. If you have other options, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Threatened to charge me $90 a day for keeping my car on their lot for absolutely no reason. They repaired my car but they took off my Tesla screen protector and threw it out. I received the car with no screen protector and now I need to buy a new one. Given this is the only Tesla repair station. I won’t be buying teslas anymore…

If you like long lead times after booking and 2 week delays due to painting bottlenecks, this is the place for you. Plus, they seem to find ways to exceed insurance quotes by $9k for minor damages. Save yourself time and grief, go find a reputable body shop.
