Tyler the estimator took car of me rather then my own insurance company (Geico). Geico just want to only use aftermarket part not like Tesla using OEM parts. I don’t recommend Geico to anyone. Go to Tesla repair and get your car done right.

Very disappointing experience. The phone representative lady was impatient and not helpful at all. It didn't matter what the circumstances were. The answer was always the same: no appointment in the Tesla app, no vehicle acceptance. And if you check your Tesla app, the earliest available appointment was 15+ days away. If you have other options, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
