Everyone at Tesla Marietta collision were all super helpful! Big thank you to Shanice!! We had one of progressive’s insured hit our model 3 in the parking lot and they refused to pay for the OEM part, even though they were responsible for covering the damages. Shanice was able to help us regarding that issue and we did not have to switch to another body shop. Thank you to Shanice and her team for doing such a great job. Tesla Collision Center in Marietta has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire claim process. The team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you have Progressive (which I honestly recommend reconsidering), be aware that they refuse to cover OEM parts and only approve cheaper aftermarket ones. I came in for an audio issue and a window malfunction. Jarren assisted me and did an exceptional job explaining and demonstrating how to recalibrate my passenger window. He took the time to troubleshoot the audio through trial and error, identified the problem, and came up with a solution. I truly appreciate the amazing service, especially considering I was a walk-in. 10/01 experience!! :)
