Update: It is the next day and I have recieved my vehicle. Alignment was performed well and vehicle handles like brand new. Service advisor was helpful, thanks Jasmine. She called me and updated on situation. Turns out, when I checked in from tesla app, the service center did not see vehicle was checked in, and thier policy was for physical check-in.
