Zero stars if I could. I reserved and solidified a vehicle 2 1/2 weeks ago. All the paperwork made it through multiple layers and levels of confirmation within the app, finance department, and the local dealership without any issue. I called five days out to make sure everything was in place as I was coming from five hours away to pick up the vehicle.
