My Fiancé & I have been here multiple times to demo the new model Y before we knew it was the perfect fit for our family we can’t speak on the service center yet but when picking up the demos Shaun & Noah were extremely inviting and friendly. They were very welcoming every time we came into the store and knew us by name. We always shared a few laughs every time we went in. I would recommend choosing this location to anyone!
Today my husband and I test drove the new Model Y. It’s an astonishing vehicle, and we’ve decided to buy. Sean in the gallery was AMAZING. His deep knowledge and kindness was so appreciated.
Haven't been to the service department but Sean in the showroom has been a pleasure to speak with on multiple occasions. Tesla is lucky to have somebody like him facing customers!
Absolutely love our Tesla. Absolutely despise this service center! It’s like no one there knows what’s going on. They had to google basic questions I asked about my car. They’ll tell you they fixed something but it won’t be fixed when you pick up the car. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a service center.
