Nice people, really tried hard to fix my air bag issue. They were kind enough to ask my local service center to order my parts so they are ready for my next service appointment to avoid delays.
Been here several times and no choice because no other service centers in this area. Every time they promise the car to be completed on such day, it's always a day or two or three day later. And forget about getting a loaner, they could care less. Do not recommend Tesla. They are nice cars but that's it!
My Fiancé & I have been here multiple times to demo the new model Y before we knew it was the perfect fit for our family we can’t speak on the service center yet but when picking up the demos Shaun & Noah were extremely inviting and friendly. They were very welcoming every time we came into the store and knew us by name. We always shared a few laughs every time we went in. I would recommend choosing this location to anyone!
Noah and the whole team at Tesla in Fayetteville were fantastic to work with. I usually only buy my vehicles from the FX Caprara group, but wanted to try a brand new Tesla, so this was the only option. We came in numerous times to drive different Tesla models and we were always warmly welcomed. The team was always smiling and happy to help us in any way possible. We finally pulled the trigger and took delivery of our new '26 Model Y. Thanks to the whole team!
