It’s okay, but service appointments can take weeks to complete. They often only provide lower-end loaner vehicles, and sometimes there aren’t any loaner cars available at all.
2023 model 3 performance at 45000 miles. Started hearing noise in front suspension on driver side. They replaced both driver and passenger side hubs and stabilizers. Ordered struts to replace them as well. So basically a full suspension rebuild and all covered. Quick easy and polite service.
Please be wary of visiting this location, and if you do, be very clear about what work you want and what you don’t want them to complete, and keep a close eye on their progress. The staff were all quite pleasant, but the service department’s business practices as I experienced them today were highly questionable. I visited today to have a retrofit done on my 2020 Model 3 so that it can also be charged fast through CCS chargers if I’m not near a Tesla Supercharger.
