I’m happy to say I had a great overall experience. I set up a test drive on short notice. I initially set the appointment with Sean unfortunately he was busy when I got there. Paige stepped right in and made sure I was well informed in Everything about the car. I did not feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of. They were there for information only. Love the service here. Family member bought a Model Y after test driving a few models here last year. And I will be buying a Model 3 as well in the near future! Always friendly in the showroom, and the service center was ok as well (installed a tow on the Model Y a few months after purchase).
This service review is for an HV battery pack replacement. At 45000 miles the battery pack failed. Made an appointment, got me in reasonably quick. Job took about two weeks. Which is fine, i have another vehicle to drive, and preferred them to take their time and do a nice job. When i arrived to pick up my car i found that my white interior was totally covered in filth, i alerted the service advisor to this, he at least cared enough to try to wipe it down the best he could.
