Terrible service experience. My wife brought in her 1-year-old Model Y because the front camera stopped working, which we expected to be handled under warranty. Tesla instead blamed us because the camera harness was damaged after the car had hit a curb, even though the camera had already been failing and was the reason we brought it in. We had gone into Service Mode several times to restart the camera and get it working again before this, and Tesla also said the camera itself needs to be replaced. So we actually had a bad experience with having been lied to about some things online but Romeo was amazing from start to finish. He couldn’t change much for us in the end but the way he cared and took the time to listen and do whatever he could to make it right made the experience tolerable. He is an A++ with people and for this reason I highly recommend this Tesla location. You can trust him!
Always in and out of the service department but this time I was provided EXCELLENT customer service by Mohammed at Upland. He went above & beyond for me and my situation, can’t express my gratitude enough. Moh deserves a promotion, but then again, he wouldn’t be able to service me when I’m inevitably back for service. 5 stars for him, 3 stars for Tesla. Thanks Moh!
Huge thank you to Paul and Isabella for an outstanding Tesla experience! Paul worked hard to help us secure our ideal financing rate and even got us into our vehicle sooner than expected. Despite the bad reviews on here, we wanted to check it out because it’s the closest to our home. Upon arrival we were greeted by the team and quickly helped us with our requests. We went in looking for an older model but fell in love with the newer model. Javier was very friendly, kind, and informative.
