I’d like to leave a very positive review for Tesla in Upland. The team there was incredibly kind and accommodating! As a visitor from Germany, I wanted to take a look at the Cybertruck – and it was absolutely no problem. They even let me drive it! Thank you so much for that! On top of that, my son lost his phone there, and we weren’t sure where it was. We came back three times to look for it – even checking the truck I had driven. The Tesla customer support rep was outrageously rude and hung up on me without a single word of explanation. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — I wish Google had a zero-star option for service this bad!
