Booked a 48 hours demo drive few weeks ahead. Then I received a call a day before and told me the car cant be 48 hrs due to limited inventory. They said I need to reschedule which will be two weeks later. I went back 2 weeks later then told me the same thing. They are just wasting my time. Please dont let people have a option to book a 48 hours If you cant do 48 hours demo. And I doubt they sell the cybertruck that many.

What a joke. I booked a 48hr test drive weeks ago. Specifically to try it on a longer journey with super chargers. This was cancelled with 8 hours notice. Huge burn trust. Forget it.
If I could put 0, I would. It’s a horrible customer service with representatives never returning calls or picking up the phones or answering emails about the scheduled delivery. HORRIBLE customer experience. I DO NOT recommend this location. Would give me conflicting information and mixed messages when rarely responding. I recommend going to Palo Alto location for a great service, but not here.
Called me 1 hour before my 48 hour demo appointment and told me that they don’t have the vehicle for me despite reserving the car almost a month ago.
