The service is terrible. The employees don't give you clear information about financing or any other type of service; quite the opposite, I requested the car on Wednesday with one interest rate, and when I picked up the car on Friday they applied a much higher interest rate without informing me. I do not recommend them. Horrible!
Be AWARE of this location. Worst customer service ever!!!! If there is an option for ZERO, I will give it a ZERO!!!! First, they screwed up the registration transfer, resulting in delaying of receiving my final plate. 2nd, I didn't get notified by anyone from Tesla in advance telling me they were aware of some delay with their DMV department. Sales Team is excellent, The delivery team though really needs an attitude adjustment. Condescending at times and plainly rude. Car Purchasing process was fine but the trade in process is very specific and doesn't allow Power of attorney transfers at the dealership (which is common) and I couldn't believe I was being told what Im doing was "illegal" and they are "sorry I wasn't able to understand their policy correctly". No one answers the phone it’s actual insane
We picked up a vehicle yesterday at around 6pm. The sales did not remind us to carefully check the car before we drive home. And it's so dark outside, we didn't expect there would be any issues with the new car. When we get home, with the lights on in our garage, we found there are obvious scratches on the right rear door. We tried to reach out to obtain a replacement, but only got told to request a service, which seems to need us to pay for the service? Really?
