They changed my pick-up appointment three times with 0 notification, the last time as we were driving to it, then said it was because the steps weren’t completed. I checked the app regularly and completed what was available to complete.
Is cool. 👍
Have to agree with the previous reviewer. Buying a tesla has been the worst experience ever. Our confirmed financing structure changed after we placed our order. Then our delivery window changed, initially it was 4 weeks, now it’s 5 weeks and still no confirmed date. Support is unhelpful, pasting generic responses to our questions. We’re stuck because we ordered and have no choice but to wait or lose deposit. If buying is like this, we’re even more worried about how unprofessional servicing or repairs will be
Very friendly staff and easy booking for test drive online
