I picked up my new car and I love it. My advisor Jean helped me from the beginning and made sure even after delivery was good. Thank you to Tesla Colma team for everything !
Went there on 9’25 to gain access to their WiFi since the car’s Wi-Fi sucks. Very slow at 5 MB/s, was getting a large file & I ask Grok & it said the store can give you USB with the 7.5GB file already installed & all I need to do is install it in my car’s USB & boom I’m done. Anyway no one in the store knew what I was talking about & I had to sit there for two hours to Wi-Fi the download
I have no idea why we were assigned this location after working with the SF location. The staff is a poorly trained hot mess and trying to do their best but it results in a frustrating and stupid experience for people trying to spend money with them. The "management" team is a complete joke and is even worse to work with because they pretend to care, with their manager job titles, don't actually do anything. Absolutely will not return to this location for anything. Go to SF or Burlingame - they are great there!
To be honest, when I saw that I need to go to this location, after reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. Luckily, I had a great experience and it seems that the place works generally well. It was very busy and despite that, the employees managed the situation very well and kept their calm. They were friendly, polite and effective. I would be even looking forward to come there again, if I had to and I generally do not enjoy dealing with any car connected businesses.
Not a best place to take the vehicle delivery, their attitude is big and they don't treat customer well and one of manager kept saying I have other customers waiting and did not even spend 5 minutes on me while I was taking my tesla delivery. They for sure need good improvement.
