Have to agree with the previous reviewer. Buying a tesla has been the worst experience ever. Our confirmed financing structure changed after we placed our order. Then our delivery window changed, initially it was 4 weeks, now it’s 5 weeks and still no confirmed date. Support is unhelpful, pasting generic responses to our questions. We’re stuck because we ordered and have no choice but to wait or lose deposit. If buying is like this, we’re even more worried about how unprofessional servicing or repairs will be
Very friendly staff and easy booking for test drive online
Quite busy on a Sunday afternoon for pickup. They give kids goodie bags too. Kids love the Cybertruck painting kit.
Had a great experience purchasing my new model y here. Our salesperson Tony was super chill and very low pressure through the whole process. He made some great recommendations for options etc that I’m very happy with a month later. Even texted me back when I accidentally texted him on his day off. Then the delivery team let me pick up at a different time becuase I had a last minute schedule change (I wish I could remember the name of the delivery team person). Over all probably my best vehicle buying experience ever.
Currently experiencing license plate delivery. I was expecting plates within the timeline. Turns out they never sent a request. Got my sticker but not the plates. Upon calling DMV they told me the plates should have already came with the car as it’s a used car. Their phone number has EXTREMELY long wait times. They proposed my salesperson Amitesh would call me but they never did. I don’t know where my plates are.
