Please read the lowest ratings, they are true, extremely rude and unprofessional staff, acting like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. On my first visit, I was given wrong information about the Model 3, which affected my decision making. When I returned and politely asked for help from a more experienced staff (a Chinese lady), she was so rude, dismissive and did not answer my questions. Unprofessional staff and can’t be trusted. I received a confirmation for a 24hr demo drive, completed the paperwork online and drove 45mins to the location. Once I arrived, was told they can’t give me the confirmed 24hr demo drive. There was no cancellation or anything, otherwise I would not have even wasted my time to go out there. Management should look into this, because why would a potential customer want to buy a Tesla if they receive this kind of experience. Horrible.

I’m not sure why people complain about this dealership. All staff members are nice, I talked to 3 of them and ofcourse they are busy but my car pickup was smooth and they answered every concern i had.

A salesperson here told me: “Yes, you can order online—from Fremont or Sacramento—and the car will be delivered here for pickup. See that big truck in the parking lot? That’s the truck that brings the cars to us.” So, I ordered online.
