Yeah, I am not sure what they call their sales techs? I go in to pick up my plates for my Model Y on the evening of 9/24, and am met by a sullen faced young lady who deigned to look up from her tablet to ask if I needed help. So I tell her that I am here to pick up my license plates. She furrows her brows and says “we don’t do that here, we send it to your home”, so I answer that the sales team said I could come to get it at the store, they would hold the plates for me. I've had mutiple dealerships give me a hard time or make it seem like I was bothering them, and so after my first car I ever own got totaled, I was hesistant to buy again.. but I said you know what, I'm still going to find a car I like, and I ended up going with Tesla because the easy buying and service was amazing. Had a stellar experience with the Tesla sales team today. Jeff, Autumn, and Chantelle were super efficient booking multiple demo rides and answering all my questions. Knowledgeable and kind, a nice combination. You have to drive the Cybertruck to believe it, it's that good. The Model X with Frost Blue and white leather is gorgeous -- go sit inside, it's like a space ship. I ordered my Tesla early in preparation for my move to Hawaii. I have now been waiting over 2 months without the car I need for work. When you sign up to take a cancelled order there is no line or priority, meaning no matter how long you have waited for your order, Tesla will not wait more than 5 minutes. If you do not answer your phone immediately or immediately decide to settle for a cancelled orders then Tesla will find someone else to take the car as fast as they can without deference to how long you waited.
Unsafe Vehicles and Horrible Customer Service at Tesla Ala Moana We test drove both a Tesla Model X and Cybertruck at the Ala Moana location and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any dealership. • The Model X was given to us with a broken 2nd-row seat and seatbelt, which my daughter noticed immediately but I did think it could be broken because it’s new vehicle and over 100k.
