Chantele Shim gets away with treating customers terribly. She has zero interest in being helpful, professional, or even remotely respectful. The store is never properly staffed, managers have attitudes, and sometimes they will host a demo drive event and then not even have a vehicle for you to drive even though you booked an appointment. Everyone inside seems miserable with their jobs. Upon seeing other reviews of this manager, I'm really surprised Tesla has not taken action. As a new owner of 7 days, I was at Ala Moana and decided to stop by Trsla and met Russell Wilson, I had a few questions and he was able to assist me and took me on a demo drive with the Model Y Performance and demonstrated “self parking”. Awesome, Russell, thank you very much 😊
tesla’s tech stack is amazing, from their vehicle software to their mobile app, but the B&M operations in hawaii is so utterly poor. they don’t have a notary at the time of our scheduled delivery, so we have to wait an hour for them to arrive for us to pick up our new car. their fridge isn’t even stocked with water. delivery team can’t make a simple accommodation like not putting the safety check sticker on the body of the vehicle. the service center charges insane prices for simple fixes and denies any responsibility when t... read more
