Chantele Shim the sales manager is terrible to employees. She yells at them in front of clients and colleagues. She has wrongfully fired a few employees just because she feels like it. The stores energy depends on her attitude for the day making it a very toxic culture. When nobody greets you when you walk in and the “managers” are no where to be found, that is standard practice for them. Yeah, I am not sure what they call their sales techs? I go in to pick up my plates for my Model Y on the evening of 9/24, and am met by a sullen faced young lady who deigned to look up from her tablet to ask if I needed help. So I tell her that I am here to pick up my license plates. She furrows her brows and says “we don’t do that here, we send it to your home”, so I answer that the sales team said I could come to get it at the store, they would hold the plates for me. I've had mutiple dealerships give me a hard time or make it seem like I was bothering them, and so after my first car I ever own got totaled, I was hesistant to buy again.. but I said you know what, I'm still going to find a car I like, and I ended up going with Tesla because the easy buying and service was amazing. Had a stellar experience with the Tesla sales team today. Jeff, Autumn, and Chantelle were super efficient booking multiple demo rides and answering all my questions. Knowledgeable and kind, a nice combination. You have to drive the Cybertruck to believe it, it's that good. The Model X with Frost Blue and white leather is gorgeous -- go sit inside, it's like a space ship. I ordered my Tesla early in preparation for my move to Hawaii. I have now been waiting over 2 months without the car I need for work. When you sign up to take a cancelled order there is no line or priority, meaning no matter how long you have waited for your order, Tesla will not wait more than 5 minutes. If you do not answer your phone immediately or immediately decide to settle for a cancelled orders then Tesla will find someone else to take the car as fast as they can without deference to how long you waited.
