I had a fantastic experience at the Tesla showroom in Ala Moana. Even though I couldn't drive the Cybertruck myself due to licensing restrictions with my Polish driver's license, the sales associate, Russel Wilson, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Instead of simply turning us away, he kindly invited us for a test ride as passengers. Russel's professionalism, positive attitude, and customer-first approach are truly commendable. I made a reservation and came to visit. But he left the customer unattended and waited for an hour Eventually, he said he couldn't provide service today and just told me to go.
It would have been a great experience except for the fact the car had a decent chip in the paint. Was given 2 options: bring it to the service center and they’ll paint it(more time wasted), or wait 4 hours for another appointment. They dropped the ball. Awful experience thus far and still haven’t got the car.

Chantele Shim gets away with treating customers terribly. She has zero interest in being helpful, professional, or even remotely respectful. The store is never properly staffed, managers have attitudes, and sometimes they will host a demo drive event and then not even have a vehicle for you to drive even though you booked an appointment. Everyone inside seems miserable with their jobs. Upon seeing other reviews of this manager, I'm really surprised Tesla has not taken action.
