Purchased my car here a week ago and loved the experience. Went in to test drive, went through the process and selecting what we wanted and before you know it had my vehicle. This was my first new Tesla buying experience and it was a strong 10/10 I owned a pre-owned Tesla before this one and was able to experience their service center. I have nothing but good words about the whole staff, their professionalism and communication. Absolutely fantastic location and people!
If you’re considering buying a Tesla from the Loveland location, I would encourage you to be cautious based on my experience. My biggest concern was with the General Manager of Sales, Weston. During our visit, I left feeling that he was not honest with my wife and me, and that he was willing to say whatever was necessary to make a sale. When we later asked other employees about some of the information he gave us, they didn’t seem to know what he was referring to, which only added to our concerns.
