Buyer beware! Do not buy a Telsa! Within 24 hours of me accepting delivery of my Model Y Telsa I noticed a paint defect on the hood of the car. I left the Loveland office a voicemail on the morning after taking delivery. Today, 3 weeks after delivery, I was notified by Sebastian Meyer in the Loveland store that they would not resolve the paint defect. I wasn't expecting Tesla to repaint the entire hood. All I was expecting for them the touch up the defect.
Update: I had a wonderful conversation with the general manager of this service center. He sounds like he is pushing hard to fix some of the issues. I am hopeful that he will make some good changes to this location. Laughably bad and horrible service from their Senior Service Advisor, would rather make self deprecating jokes then do his job. Here's a piece of advice for you, if you are in a senior position and can't answer a simple question about the car, you aren't a peon as you called yourself.
I like visiting this Tesla Service in Loveland. The employees make it worthwhile. They’re always helpful and friendly.
Staff are all super friendly. Enjoyed my visit, and got all my questions answered. First time going car shopping and actually liking it!!
