Nate (salesman) was professional n friendly. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions in a way I could understand. Impressive auto driving test drive.
i've only had 5 teslas. employee culture still diseased. they're underpaid and have zero respect for anyone. absolutely the worst cars of all time, never again!!!!!! brutal torture. such junk. truly no wonder why people despise tesla. tesla hates you, that's for sure. you have to wonder who hates Tesla more, the people who own the cars or the people who don't. i've had five of these cars, I've been a customer since 2012. But this place takes the cake. The service manager thinks he's doing favors. so sad.

Ken, Tesla rep, was super nice and walked my husband & I through all the features of the Tesla Y. When we stopped him with questions he was able to answer anything we threw at him. Ken made sure we were able to log on to their app, website & had his phone # in case we had more questions. We highly recommend Ken at Tesla in Loveland.
