I was actually considering purchasing one of these vehicles and even went on a test drive, but after receiving absolutely atrocious customer service at the Loveland location, I decided to go with a completely different car manufacturer. They literally don’t answer their phones, Or call you back. No wonder Tesla stock tanked, They don’t care about their customers.
Sebastian was my adviser when picking up my new model y and he was a rockstar. There weren't any issues with the car so I can't speak to how that would have been handled, but I did have a weird issue with my tesla account linking to my wife's email instead of mine. He stayed well after closing time working with me to figure it out and he eventually found the cause, saving me from needing to create a service appointment on day 1.
