Friendly and helpful
First of all, this Tesla dealership has renewed my faith in the brand. I was a bit jaded with the service center in Marin...and took a chance on a scheduled service here (because there was actual availability within 2 weeks.) Such a good experience! Glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand otherwise I might've looked into a different brand. Tesla ended up not only being 1/3 of the payment I had on my Mazda CX-5 but also 1/2 the insurance cost. So convenient that I could add my Tesla and my Jeep to the Tesla insurance. They gave me a reasonable trade-in. I could've gotten a couple thousand more from a KBB partner but the convenience of doing everything in one place was too appealing.
