Such a good experience! Glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand otherwise I might've looked into a different brand. Tesla ended up not only being 1/3 of the payment I had on my Mazda CX-5 but also 1/2 the insurance cost. So convenient that I could add my Tesla and my Jeep to the Tesla insurance. This is one of the easiest experiences I’ve had at any car shop. My ‘23 Model Y had stopped reading my key card at the drivers door pillar. Made a mobile service appointment and the technician was unable to fix the issue. He was able to make me a service center appointment a week later. Brought the car in at 10:45am and they said it would be done by 11:45am. I waited about 30 minutes and they informed me that it was going to take longer, so they provided me with a loaner Model 3. Very happy with my recent service appt, I dropped off my model 3 in the morning with no issues and fast check in process. Car was ready in about 2 hours and they let me test drive a Cybertruck as well. Nice coffee machine and snacks inside, conveniently located off the freeway in North Vallejo! Big props to Joe and Lenny (dude with Tesla Corte Madera jacket on) who took care of me and made the process easy!
“I had a terrible experience with this shop. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating—no one informed me when my vehicle would be completed, and I was left in the dark for days. Terrible experience! Had me waiting at the dealership for 4+ hours, finally game me a loaner, and let me know it was finished an hour after when I got home. Turns out, they didn’t even perform the service! The fix was a common bulletin item that requires shims to be installed and they are not there. And they left my car covered in grease from the tech’s gloves.
