Jacob was a life saver, I needed his help with a key card since I lost it and he hooked us up. I’ve been contemplating selling my Tesla for a while and I don’t want too now. This is a very pivotal time in my life, I have a new job and just got a flat tire there was a lot going on during the holidays too. This saved me so much, I wasn’t sure if we could do it. He helped us with a great attitude. This is the kind of guy you want to see when you’re not doing good.

Service and staff were good, the building is gross and need major maintenance. I had higher standards for Tesla, or any car dealership for that matter.

1. wait is 2 hrs over the estimated time. 2. don't wait at the service center in the afternoon because they dont have windows shades to block sunlight.
