Picked up our new Model Y from Vallejo Tesla. Most of the process is online, but when we arrived, we needed some help getting oriented. Tom (didn’t catch his last name) stepped in and made a big difference. He walked us through the car, explained key features clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. Friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you want in that moment. Five stars for Tom.
I've been plenty of times to both the Vallejo and Dublin service center. Between the two, I'd recommend going to Dublin over Vallejo. The folks over in Dublin are much easier and more pleasant to communicate and work with.
Jacob was a life saver, I needed his help with a key card since I lost it and he hooked us up. I’ve been contemplating selling my Tesla for a while and I don’t want too now. This is a very pivotal time in my life, I have a new job and just got a flat tire there was a lot going on during the holidays too. This saved me so much, I wasn’t sure if we could do it. He helped us with a great attitude. This is the kind of guy you want to see when you’re not doing good.
