I first brought my car in for a rattling sound back in April. My husband and I had pinpointed the source to the steering wheel, but the technician insisted it was from the dash. I trusted their judgment and left my car. They kept the car for several days awaiting a part, with zero communication from the service center. Terrible customer service dnt waste your time with this trash place!!
Just okay counter service. One thing about Tesla that bothers me after owning 3, 2 of my 3 were pre-owned and they do not release service records.... Aminoties were good. Staff MID.
I can only speak in the purchase process as I haven’t had to have service yet. The purchase process was one of the easiest and friendliest I’ve experienced. From the moment I checked in to being introduced to my vehicle took about 10 minutes. They took the time to allow me to look it over before accepting delivery. They also answered all questions I had before driving off the lot. Tip: regenerative braking is a different type of driving if you’re not used to it.
