I can only speak in the purchase process as I haven’t had to have service yet. The purchase process was one of the easiest and friendliest I’ve experienced. From the moment I checked in to being introduced to my vehicle took about 10 minutes. They took the time to allow me to look it over before accepting delivery. Probably the worst sales person I have seen in my life. Very rude, not helping at all, very bad person running this store. I will recommended never go here for support. Tesla should definitely look at the level of education of the people offering their cars
Extremely Dissatisfied Review/Complaint: We went to purchase a Tesla car, but in the new sales department, an unprofessional employee was busy closing his door, probably watching videos, and gave us no information at all. Instead, he told us to drive to a different location to buy a Model Y, claiming they had stock there. We wasted an hour driving to that location, only to find out they had nothing available, and even if we placed an order, it would take one to two months for delivery.
