Wheel replacement in late January. Staff loaded four old wheels into the cabin without asking and forced the rear door closed against them. The right passenger door has been out of alignment since and needs force to close. When I brought it up, the response was dismissive rather than an offer to look at it. Photograph your car before and after if you service here. Giving one start because can’t give zero stars here. Poor service, arrogant leadership.
Horrible experience getting work done on my Tesla. Service department likes to double dip. They double the price of the repair so that way insurance is forced to only pay half. Took it to another shop that had a Tesla certified master mechanic, and the repair magically went down 78%. Insurance companies do not like to deal with Tesla because of the double dipping issue. Would not recommend this service center, we have had two cars damaged here during service. They never have loaner cars available. Apparently they only have 7 total which is insane for how many cars they work on. Went to have our car looked at this last time and they told us we would have to leave it and that they couldn't provide a loaner, or offer any uber credit.
