I’ve visited this location twice now, and the service has been consistently great. On my most recent visit, there was a bit of initial stress when a warranty concern came back as 'could not replicate' with a request for payment. However, the service counter team was fantastic. They had a conversation with the technician, which made all the difference and no payment was required. They identified and documented the issue, even though there isn't a physical fix available yet.

Rudy was a pleasure to work with! Made my Tesla buying experience great, he helped me from start to finish and made the buying experience very comfortable. Kareem was also very nice and helpful. Both are very knowledgeable 10/10!
