Solid staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thinking of adding another Tesla to the family and went in to test drive a Cybertruck and had a great experience. Kareem was excellent, and not once did anyone try and pressure me onto my purchase. This is why I've been with Tesla for years and will stick to Tesla for a long time. I mean, of course, the fact that they are reasonably priced, incredibly reliable, well built, and safe are among those reasons as well.
Walked around the show room for 30 minutes, not one person said hello, or can I help you. Wow!
Had to drive through the hood to get here. Absolutely no available parking. Came in for key fob programming and 12 volt batter change. I was told 1 hour. It's been 2 hours and still waiting......
