Great service experience at the Tesla dealership. JACARI was extremely helpful getting me checked in, keeping me updated, and clearly explaining why my tire blew out and how to help prevent it in the future. Josh, the service manager, was also excellent and very professional. This happened on a Saturday afternoon, and after local tire shops couldn’t help, one call to Josh solved everything. They were open until 6 PM, had the tire in stock, and had me in and out in under 90 minutes. Fast, professional, and highly recommended.
Stopped in for some information and to look at a few vehicles. Worked with Rudy who was excellent to work with. He was patient with us, answered every question we had, provided additional insight on the vehicles and very friendly.
