Came to get my car serviced and had a great experience. Everyone on the sales floor and in the service center center were very kind and helpful if we needed anything. Went by significantly faster than I thought! Very very kind staff.
Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled a test drive almost two weeks in advance through Tesla’s own website, where I was given the option for a 24–48 hour test drive. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm. They claimed they couldn’t find my reservation in the system and then told me Tesla “doesn’t allow long test drives.” That is flat-out false, since the website clearly let me select that option. Scheduled a Demo Drive a WEEK in advance and spoke with someone from Tesla about the entire process. Called the day of to confirm I didn’t need to bring anything other than my drives license. They confirm and then start reiterating all of the rules. I spend 50$ to get to the dealership for my 48 hour scheduled demo drive and these people tell me that if I’m not looking to purchase a Tesla IMMEDIATELY that I can only do an hour and then switches it to a 30 minute test drive.
