Had to drive through the hood to get here. Absolutely no available parking. Came in for key fob programming and 12 volt batter change. I was told 1 hour. It's been 2 hours and still waiting......
This place is real friendly and takes care of you.
Waited 1 week for demo drive and when I came from a 40 minute drive they said they don’t have the car

Every time I deal with any tesla employee I find myself liking the brand less. I was going into this service appointment with every intention of test driving a cybertruck and very likely putting money down to finance one, but after the complete incompetence of the repair tech who fixed absolutely nothing in my car, the incredibly fake empathy of the service advisor, and the bug, hair, and garbage filled loaner car I got I can honestly say that other companies are looking a lot more enticing for my next vehicle.
