Made an 8:15 appointment. Arrived early and told the service advisor that time was of the essence because I had to be on the road by 1 pm to pick up my kids from school. I waited 5 hours for them to finish only to find out they didn't start my car until 2 pm because "The day got away from them." Calm atmosphere in a pleasant location, with great cars, easy going demo drive arrangements. Tesla has great vehicles, amazing tech, and tech support. Jacob and Josh in service are outstanding and very helpful!
My second experience at this service center was severely disappointing due to multiple, systemic operational failures. 1. Scheduling Breakdown & Customer Effort: My initial appointment was canceled without any notification (app or phone call). Rectifying this required three follow-up calls from my side and forced me to express intent to escalate before the issue was addressed.
