I’ve always been proud that Tesla Eden Prairie is one of the legacy Tesla stores, and the team there truly lives up to that reputation. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the brand and the technology behind it. It's not a big location and it's a bit tucked away, but the staff here were kind and courteous during the delivery process of my first Tesla, a 2023 MY. The gallery staff member helping with delivery was patient while I meticulously checked over my vehicle and a service team member was prompt in addressing the few concerns that I had.
Ask for Byron! Incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and tactful in responding to questions. I had nothing but a great experience working with him!! 10/10 Bravo Byron.
