We drove in from out of town to pick up our Model YL at Tesla KC, located on State Line Road on the Missouri side of the metro. The pickup process was seamless. Staff were courteous, attentive, and answered every question we had about the car and the handoff. Knowing we were visiting, they also pointed us toward some good local barbecue, a helpful touch in a city known for it. They're showing vehicles, and have none. Which great for them... I guess? They never said anything about that when I went to look at the car and applied for financing, only after there was no option to buy. The salesman I spoke with literally told me to pursue other options as far as purchasing a vehicle because I did not want to wait "4-6 weeks" which the lead time on a vehicle is 3 months on their app. Not 4-6 weeks. For a company asking for $60k+ that's a red flag. Oh well. Toyota it is. Thanks ladies.
