Service and Sales staff here have always been very friendly and helpful in the times I’ve been in for service thus far. I’ve only owned my car for four months. Can’t wait to get another one, this time around it will be new.
On 10/25 my son and I flew from Tulsa to Kansas City, MO to pickup my Cybertruck. We had an 11:30am pickup scheduled and confirmed. Upon arrival at 10:50am(ish) at the dealership, there were many employees behind the desk and seated at some tables and I was quickly greeted. The gentleman said hello, checked me in and said “they are still working on it but it will be ready shortly”. I was early so no problem.
