After owning my car for a year and a half, I had my first service experience with my Tesla yesterday, and honestly it was one of the easiest and most impressive vehicle service experiences I have ever had. Earlier in the day I started getting alerts that my 12V battery was failing. The car warned that if I stopped the vehicle it might not restart, which is definitely a nerve-wracking message to see when you have places to be.
