I was warned this location doesn’t pick up their phone if you call. I can confirm this is certainly the case. Why have a phone if you aren’t going to pick it up?
Takes 2 hours to pick up the car. Only one employee but a long waiting line. Super super super slow. Don't pick up your Tesla here.
Simply horrible place. Staff was not willing to help. Took a cybertruck on a 2 day test drive. It was dirty and spent the entire first day updating its software. No washing fluid to clean the windshield ( had to purchase my own to clean the windshield). Not a single care from tesla employees. Sad to be a current owner of a tesla to be honest. When looking to spend another 100k on a vehicle I would expect a certain level of customer service that my family just didnt receive
