we drove from Oklahoma to pick up my new car & halfway there got a call the car had been delayed 🥲 it said it had arrived via the app when we got there so we went in. Jayden I believe pulled some strings & we are so thankful! Instead of being 28 hours delayed we were only 4. Super duper thankful!

Horrible experience. Before scheduling my services appt I verified that all I would need to have installed was a retrofit service for just over $1k. They confirmed. After my install, the FSD still wouldn't activate. So I called them because it was telling me I needed to add TACC for another $1k. The rep assured me that was an old procedure and would look into it.... well they called back and said this was a "learning experience" for them. Sounds like they admit to making a mistake.
