RecommendedI’m on vacation in Florida for two weeks. On the drive down, I discovered I had no A/C, for the second time in as many weeks. They gave me a Tesla loaner, and in two days found the refrigerant leak (with the help of the dye the Springfield, NJ Service Center added when they found it empty two weeks ago and filled it) in the compressor, replaced it, re-filled the refrigerant, did a very nice job of washing the car inside and out, and now I’m back in it. Amazing team of caring people! It's been amazing watching them grow over the past 4 years.
Tesla Motors is legendary for their customer service, and the team at the Tampa Service Center reinforces that reputation. They are polite, responsive, friendly and attractive. I love my Model S, and they take great care of it, going way beyond the expected standard of care.
