Great staff (kudos to Nick and Tom for timely email/phone access for questions, and all the sales/delivery people I don't have cards for), and quick turnover. Custom order arrived ahead of schedule (took less than the quoted 2 mos), payment on my end took a little longer than expected but everyone was accommodating; was able to be paid and picked up same day.
Great service and great staff very very professional
Dropped it off for service. They called me an Uber to take me back to work. Kept me updated with text messages and couple hours later it was finished. Great service.
My experience at Tesla Motors in Tyson's went above and beyond my expectation. Every member who greeted or assisted me (upwards of four or five employees) was professional, but friendly. The test drive was thorough and Tom was exceptional at demonstrating all of the features and functions of the car (which are countless) with ease. 7/5 stars.
