Awful customer service right from time of booking model S. Was told by Rahul that we could take delivery of the car on 4th July only to find that our car was sold to someone else. He’s not bothered to call back to explain or apologise, nor will he come to the phone whenever we have called. Spent days trying to sort this out but they just don’t care. Everyone at the Renton dealership was so nice,helpful, and enjoyed talking with my son and hearing how much he already knows about Tesla at the age of 9. Very pleasant experience.
We were supposed to pick up our vehicle by appointment at 6:00 pm today ... they delivery center calls at 10:00 am to say we don’t know when the car will arrive . This was after booking the car mid April , waiting after multiple delays , no apologies . The payment was made in full a while ago and still waiting with no response . Never had this inhuman blaming the computer / logistics attitude from any other dealers . Horrible customer service . We regret booking a car with no delivery commitment .

I love my car but not Tesla’s business practices. I bought my car last year when Tesla wasn’t doing well. I received 5,000 miles of charge with no warning about being expired in a year. I usually charge at home and was saving my miles for future trips. Now suddenly I see my miles will expire by the end of this month. This is not good since in most chargers you do t even pay for electricity so taking my benefit away if not good business practice or customer service. Aside from the car itself being incredible, the process from pickup forward has been awful. Multiple fumbles with the loan, huge lack for customer service - it’s impossible to get a hold of a human being - and no respect for our time. The people of this company are quite a disappointment.
Your vehicles and automated tools are wonderful. Couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, any process that involves a human is terrible. The delivery process was completely inadequate. I already gave feedback on this and didn’t get a response. Now I have a service issue and there’s no one with any technical expertise to help. Perhaps Tesla is not suited for the luxury vehicle market? Maybe stick to more modestly priced vehicles where there is not as much of an expectation?
Literally worst customer service ever!!! I called last year trying to buy a used Tesla model X. Salesman wouldn't even talk to me since I wasn't buying new. They said they'd give "used sales" my number. NOONE ever called. I called several more times and gave up. Called again few days ago. 13 months later. Again, I have CASH, trying to buy a used X with thoughts of buying new if i like the car. Again, noone would deal with me and noone called back. F*** this company.
