Had the WORST experience at Tesla of Highland Park for a demo drive by advisor DIANE. Very unprofessional behavior by advisors from this specific location compared to other locations. My family went into the showroom to look at vehicles and none of the advisors acknowledged us until sales advisor by a middle-aged-Caucasian woman by the name of Diane asked if I needed help. Trying to call the highland park location is so frustrating. They pick up the phone and quickly say please hold and just leave you on eternal hold. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for three days to get some questions answered with a live person. Everytime I call it’s the same thing. I like the cars but hate the lack of live support they offer.
Incompetent service people will argue saying that water leaking into the passenger compartment is normal. Thanks for arguing with me and being rude… no wonder Elon turns staff over because you are worthless.

I came in recently because my 2015 model S needed a new battery fuse, which they said needed to be replaced every nine years or so. The total cost for parts and labor to replace the battery fuse was $320. And they completed the work within an hour. They had a customer waiting room with free coffee and tea. There is also free Wi-Fi available which for me at that particular day and time had some problems and seemed slow and unreliable.
