We are a body shop and I was trying to see if our application got thru, but the person that answered the phone was rude, whatever he said was "so Tesla is not selling parts period" and hang off the phone. Hey, I'm a better customer service representative at Maaco than you guys are.
ED is the man. very professional and pleasant to deal with. I originally had very bed experience with tesla dealership. but this guy changed a lot. he is a gem. I wish I have worker like him. five star to ed (the man)
