We recently took a test drive at this Tesla site. The experience was far exceeding our expectations, We not only had our first ever Tesla driving experience but also got our long list of questions answered or by one. Fabio was a great help. We eventually put the order online at home with the help from Fabio on the phone. The ordering process could have been a frustration without Fabio’s help.
Super customer service from the guys at Tesla Natick: Metin and Langa, you guys taught me so much about tech with the cars, great experience. The cyber truck is crazy tech, daaaamn, it takes off like a plane on a run way, super fast and easy to go about with the functionalities in the car. Its super comfy inside and very safe to ride in. Tesla is the deal!
