Went there got a Tesla it's beautiful I highly recommend that the people are great and the showrooms are amazing with the selection that you can't find anywhere else on earth
I scheduled an appointment at the Natick Tesla store for a demo drive and was very disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, I was told the wait would be about ten minutes. After 15 minutes, I followed up with a staff member and was asked to continue waiting. After 30 minutes, no one had yet come to assist me or begin the demo drive. This lack of communication and disregard for scheduled appointments reflects poorly on the store’s professionalism and customer service.
Stop by Natick I didn’t know what to to close my deal but Leon help me out. Leon is great!
