I had a great experience with Tesla thanks to Favio Araujo (Natick) and JJ, who was helping out at the Dedham location but primarily works in Brookline. I would like everyone to know that buying a car from Favio at Tesla in the Natick Mall has its perks. He has your back. When I purchased a new Model Y and couldn't be around to pick it up, he arranged for another one of the same configuration to be delivered when I was available. Now that is service.
