I am highly dissatisfied with the Tesla store in Natik. I visited intending to purchase a robot; however, the staff made no effort to assist me. I wonder why they are hired and getting paid for what? Very unprofessional of Tesla to hire people like that.
I went here for the demo drive The guy came with me during the demo ride he drove showed me what what I needed about lights and and using the directionals and wipers ,horn ECT some people say this car is different using them per to gas car not at all when you let your for off the petal it slows the car down I didn't drive it because I didn't want to maybe another time But I got the information I needed to know So maybe I will do again but this time I will drive myself I didn't wanna be responsible for any damages if I did so... read more
We're here to test drive the car. I came at 1:30 PM. They told me the car will be there ready at 1:50, and then they gave the car to someone else to drive. They told us to come back at 3:00. We came back. They said the guy is a few minutes away. We made them check how far away, and he's all the way in back bay. They kept stringing us along there. Don't come!
This place is great. Very helpful and friendly staff. Leon is great and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
