We bought a 2026 Tesla Y Yuniper upgrade. The car is incredible. The entire experience was fantastic and made so easy with Metin Tandogan walking us through the process.
We had such a good experience at the Tesla store with Favio and Wilkins!! They honestly made everything feel so easy and stress free. They explained the car in a way that actually made sense, gave us solid advice, and just made everything super comfortable. You can tell they really know their stuff and care about the people they’re helping. We felt such a good vibe and connection with them the whole time. If you’re thinking about getting a Tesla or want to know more, definitely go to them ☺️ they’ll take care of you
Very well pleased with customer service at Tesla in Natick. First of all shoutout to Wilkins for his patience! He answered all the question that I was inquiring about on 9/27/25 when I went to visit the showroom. He was Very well knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
