The advisor Nick here was awesome I believe he really stood out seemed to like his job the most and super excited to work for a company that is trying to change the world.
Poor staffing coordination, I was told after my test drive of the 3, there will be a Y waiting by one representative. Once we got back from the test drive of the 3, we were told by another representative a customer has been waiting since 1:30, and i would need to wait 30 mins even tho i made an appointment and was promised i wouldnt need to wait. Second representative was very rude, like it was my fault.
Nice staff. Very poor scheduling and expectation on test driving cars. Good luck on getting the car you were scheduled to test drive being there as scheduled.
Good place to pass some time, and it’s usually fun to hop in the cars and check everything out.
