I scheduled a demo with Tesla and showed up excited, only to be told they didn’t have any car available. What’s the point of making a reservation if there’s no car to demo? Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
This review is for the Tesla location at 999 Van Ness Ave in San Francisco . I’m beyond furious with this Tesla location. I waited a whole MONTH for this day I made an appointment, cleared my schedule, looked forward to finally checking out the truck, and they completely wasted my time. I show up, on time, ready to go. I booked a demo drive for a Saturday at this location and then ended up purchasing and driving my tesla by tuesday... The entire process from start to finish was exceptional mainly due to Nick, the tesla advisor I worked with at this location. He first called me the day prior to my demo to answer any questions I had. When we showed up he guided myself and my gf through all the top features of the car then sent us on our way utilizing Full self driving. The car and tech is mind blowing if you haven't tried it yet.
