Melissa helped me with my Tesla model y order thank you!
Melissa gave us top-notch customer service over the phone while we were ordering from Houston. She was super efficient in helping us secure financing with great terms and took care of our order amendments right away. Really appreciate her amazing help!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience visiting Tesla to test drive the Model Y Premium! Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. I especially appreciated how easy and FUN the experience was, without feeling pressured to make a decision... I'm not gonna lie, it was also really cool to see the robot!!!
Appears to be fast paced for my comfort. Everyone at this store, are friendly, however it's just hurried. Make your decision now and speak else let's move on type conversation & environment. It helps folks more if they pre decide or do some research before entering this place. We placed the order, inspite of all that. Guess it is what it is. Don't like how all this buying has become.
