Recommended2 years ago we picked up our CPO MS, today we picked up our new M3. We love Tesla and the KC team. Buying a Tesla is the smoothest car buying experience and delivery is so exciting and fast. Not to mention helping the environment and no gas stations. We love being part of the Tesla fam!
I live 7 hours away but stopped in for a minor thing on my Tesla. Steven took exceptional care of us. It was nearly 100 degrees outside but he cheerfully crawled underneath to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I’ve grown to expect good service from Tesla service centers but Steven just exceeded my expectations.
