I stopped in here today. I wanted to look at a model 3. I was ignored. When I saw someone with a Tesla shirt on, I asked them where could I look at a model 3... she was highly annoyed, said she was busy and I should go a mile down the road, very abruptly. I think that’s a sign. I’ll stick with what I have. Not used to people being that rude when you are trying to purchase big ticket items like a car. No need for it. Even if you are buying a 25 cent piece of candy,there is no need to be rude!!

so i am absolutely disgusted by teslsa Burbank i went there because i started to see a little line under the screen on my model 3. i book my appointment for service on December 20th and they gave me an appointment for January 7 the next day the screen that control the all car start to go nuts opening the trunk putting the AC up and down so i drove my car to tesla Burbank to try to get then to look at my car on December 21 . they told me they didn't have time and gave me a appointment for December 28 . then they told me it wa... read more
