Good place to service, see or test drive a Tesla. The staff is great and friendly, the app works well with the cars, you can even try the Tesla app for your test drive. Great cars, the screens are fast and responsive the Full Self Driving is reliable, I didn't have to intervene for safety only to reroute the car, when I knew of shortcuts or had a different idea of where to go next. I’ve visited several Tesla service centers in the past, but the Palo Alto location truly stands out in both service and sales. My car is relatively old and had been throwing a few low and high-voltage alerts recently. Both JJ and Noah were very honest and provided the exact services I needed without any pressure. Throughout the process, I also received excellent information from Mauricio in sales. He was so helpful that I ended up purchasing a new car! Management does not adequately compensate for mistakes. Their estimated times are also completely incorrect, they do not update the estimated times when they change, and they take hours to respond when I ask for updates. They did eventually fix my car, though.
