One of the worst customer support experiences. They can’t change an ownership email from my ex-spouse to me for 3 months already. I just can’t stress how troublesome it is for me. The lease is on my name and I am the person paying for the lease, I just can’t stress how embarrassing they make me feel and how much trouble I had because they can’t transfer ownership. Out Tesla's touchscreen broke and we waited three weeks for an appointment. We took it in and after they said it was fixed, we drove off with the same problem. They had us take it back in only to tell us that they were working on the software and would be fixed at the end of the day. Haven't heard back from them and they don't answer the phone. Unbelievable that they think it's Ok to leave customers a month with a car that's defective and they don't know how to fix it.
Poor customer service and waste people’s time
Had my car towed fixed in about 3 hours 4 new tires ...offered water cookie free self driving..
Liked the car, but the brand had been destroyed and we couldn't buy another Tesla. A real shame. I'd imagine there will be few people in history who have cost a brand more than the chainsaw wielding head of Tesla. It's a shame for all involved...hero to zero, in an entirely self inflicted fall.
