Wait time less than 5 minutes, Great RN in office
When you need a Doctor she always makes time to fit you in. You know those days when you never expected to need a Doctor but now you do. Excellent staff support and very helpful.
I chose to see this doctor in spite of the many bad reviews I had read because she is one of the few PCMs in the area for Tricare insurance. I saw her four times and, I would be shocked if the time she spent with me during those visits came to more than 20 minutes, total. All she wanted to do was get me in; write me a referral and get me out. I was even her first patient one morning - I came in for a referral. Very worst doctor imaginable. Clearly does not care about anything patient related accept collecting copay $. If you're in meed of actual medical care, treatment or advice do not even waste your time, go elsewhere.
I've been a patient of Dr. Tesalona's for several years. She has always shown concern on every aspect of my health. She has treated me with professionalism, kindness and wisdom. This goes the same for her courteous staff.
Not the most friendliest individual in the world. Seemed to rush everything. Not a real good listener. When you first walk in there is tons of paperwork behind the receptionist on top of filing cabinets. Seems to be very disorganized. You get more answers from the receptionist than from this Doctor. Location is off the main drag. Does not see patients on Friday. Just look for another one and skip this one.
Where to start! Dr Tesalona has one of the worst bedside manners Ive ever experienced. I called FIVE times to make an appt following my kidney stone and got busy signal 4 times. When they answered, they immediately put me on hold without knowing anything about ME...and was disconnected! I doubt Dr Tesalonas knowledge and that’s NOT GOOD. Time to look for another Dr.
Never a long time in waiting room. Easy to get quick appointment when you really need one. Most lab and treatments done in office. Very helpful and great staff.
Wonderful doctor and friendly staff. She has been my doctor for 5 years.
