He is very friendly untill he has a "bad day." If he is having bad day expect unprofessional and rude behavior. Two stars because his receptionist and staff are very friendly.
He is a great dentist, with great staff. After having a few bad encounters with some other dentists I am very happy to have landed here. I highly recommend Dr. Ters and his office.
For the first time in my life I actually like my dentist! Dr. Ters is an expert dentist. He's meticulous, he's a perfectionist and he's gentle. He is extremely knowledgeable in bite and jaw issues and was able to correct the problems I was dealing with. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Ters.
